Stayed two nights. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable with a touch of luxury – nice sheets and very comfortable bed, great air-con (it was 40 degrees when we stayed) – everything you need for a pleasant weekend away. The swimming pool was a bonus. We ate at the restaurant and the meal was lovely and very reasonably priced. A very relaxing vibe at a good price. Would definitely stay again
Booked a table for 11 adults and two children for a family pre Xmas Saturday luncheon. For a very reasonable set price we were served 6 entrees available on the menu, (4 plates of each one) and then had a choice of 3 mains. Children got looked after with their own choices which were devoured heartedly. Food was first class and servings almost too big. No skimping here!
Service was great and we were not made to feel hurried at all. Well done Sam, Andy and staff
Luxurious sheets, towels and glasses. Super clean. Would definitely stay again. Pool was a great sight after a long day riding the O’Keefe trail. 2 bedroom room was well laid out. Very helpful staff- thanks
Had the pleasure of staying at the Inn last night with two other couples. We were welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. A beautifully comfortable and clean room. A great bar area with reasonable prices was a bonus. We also dined in the restaurant which we found to be a nice casual area with the staff as warm and welcoming as the ones on our arrival. Food was delicious and generous in serving size. Thanks Heathcote Inn, we will be back.
Made a last minute booking for a quick trip through the area. Nice and clean hotel room. Good value for money. Plenty of parking available and across the road from a big service station. Would stay there again.
We stayed here for 1 night over a long weekend. The place is a must stay for anyone visiting the area. The accommodation is modern and has every little thing you could think of. We ordered drinks by the pool and had dinner and the food and service couldn’t be faulted. We will be back again
We stayed at Heathcote Inn last weekend. My sister celebrated her 60th birthday there. Accommodation, food, wine and hospitality was fabulous. We had a ball. Thanks so much for looking after us!
We stayed here for 2 nights as a group of 8 friends. Lovely rooms, clean, comfy beds and an awesome shower! Loved the option of causal food and drinks in the bar, or a sit down meal in the restaurant. All the food we ate was really good, no one had a bad meal. Staff were lovely, especially Sam who was ever accommodating. Thanks so much Heathcote Inn, we will definitely be back!
We are new to Heathcote and a friend recommended the Heathcote Inn for our first dinner in town. As retirees we have travelled a fair bit and have a keen sense of quality and value.
We were very impressed by every part of the experience; the staff were friendly and efficient – timing was excellent and the food exceeded our expectations. My partner is an excellent cook (chef) and she was a happy camper! We tried the menu starter plate as an entree ( excellent and varied) and followed with gnocchi for her and the beef burgundy pie for me (with fantastic chunky chips!)
The regional wine selection is broad and the choices we made were very pleasing. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the dinner and surrounds. What more can we say! Go for it.
I cannot rate this place highly enough! Beautifully appointed rooms, reasonably priced, great outdoors space, friendly helpful staff and sensational food & wine at the restaurant – all round fantastic place to stay!
What a find in Heathcote. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The menu is lovely and full of good tastes. We had the antipasto platter and tasting platter and they were large enough for sharing for a table of 10. Their pizza menu is excellent. I had the Al Pacino on gluten free base. The base was crisp and the topping of vine ripened tomatoes, bocconcini cheese and fresh basil oil was fresh and delicious. The children in the group enjoyed a pizza, a drink and some icecream, brilliant for little tummies. There was a good selection of mains, with a very tender black angus eye fillet, and a scrumptious braised burgundy beef, bacon and mushroom pie. Sides were rosemary roasted potatoes, steamed garden greens and beer battered chunky chips. Desserts were also scrummie. The courtney’s choice was like an eton mess, and a generous size serve. I had a Strawberry daiquiri that was a perfect sip with entree. We finished with coffee. The seating area is outside but under cover with fans to keep you cool. Bathroom was clean. I would definitely recommend this gem in Heathcote.
