At Heathcote Inn we have many options to accommodate your next function from conferences to celebratory occasions. As a meeting room we can sit a maximum of 50 people. For a formal ‘sit down’ dining experience, up to 40 people can enjoy our local “country” cuisine in comfort; and for a standing cocktail party up to 80 guests can be accommodated.

The pool-side area can accommodate large groups for all occasions however all of our rooms (accommodation) will be included as a package. This area allows for 160 guests cocktail style or 100 people for a sit down dinner. These pool-side events will be held in a marquee but could be “under the stars” if rain is unlikely.

Our facilities are available for private bookings and can cater for all types of gatherings including weekends away, birthdays, Christmas parties, reunions, wakes etc. We offer discounts for mid week and group bookings.
